订单附件

店铺经理将能够直接从“编辑订单”页面上传一个或多个文件。
WCAM 为每个订单添加一个“附件框”，商店经理可以根据需要添加任意数量的文件！每个附件只能在特定的订单状态下可见！

感谢新的 快速管理 功能，您现在可以直接从订单列表页面添加/删除附件！

产品和变体附件

店铺管理员还可以将文件附加到产品（直接从其编辑页面），这些文件可在下订单后自动下载到产品页面和/或订单详情页面上。
仅当订单达到特定状态或当前用户具有特定用户角色时，这些附件才能可用。

此外，对于每个订单附件，商店管理员可以设置到期时间（特定日期或设置下订单后可以下载的时间跨度）。
或者，订单附件可以使用屏蔽的 URL，该 URL 允许系统检查请求是否属于授权用户。

这种附件可用于附加手册、pdf 或其他媒体文件。或者，可以通过电子邮件自动发送文件。

商店管理员现在还可以使用新的 散装产品附件 用于将附件批量分配给产品的工具（直接选择它们或使用类别）。

即时客户电子邮件通知，其中包含文件链接和/或附加到电子邮件的文件

每当订单附加文件时，商店管理员都可以通知客户，并直接在正文消息中链接它。
或者还可以直接通过电子邮件作为附件发送所有上传的内容。此外，您还可以嵌入之前保存的预设文本！

订单附件可以选择嵌入到处理、已完成或客户发票电子邮件中！

订单附件免责声明

只有当用户已接受免责声明时，才能选择下载订单附件（必须启用安全链接选项）。

安全文件链接

WCAM 为每个产品和订单附件创建安全下载链接。这样，只有订单所有者或购买产品的人才能访问其附件！
此外，对于订单附件，可以启用/禁用“安全下载”选项。

注意： 选项不适用于外部 URL 文件附件

文件过期

对于产品和订单附件，您可以设置附件将过期且无法再下载的到期日期或时间金额（订单日期之后）！

前端

每个客户只需打开“我的帐户”->“查看订单”页面即可下载他的订单附件。在此页面上，该插件将
一个名为“附件”的新区域，他将在其中找到商店经理为该订单附加的所有文件。

自动电子邮件附件

使用 WCAM 插件，您还可以创建“自动电子邮件附件”。使用特殊的配置器，您可以附加相同的文件帐户、新订单、处理订单、完成订单和发票电子邮件！

客户批准、反馈和管理员电子邮件通知

对于每个订单附件，店长可以启用“客户反馈”、“客户批准”和选择性“所需反馈”选项。仅当选择了特定的审批值时，此选项才会使反馈字段成为必填项。
管理员还可以启用一个选项，以便在用户批准/向附件提供反馈时接收电子邮件通知，并在文件附加到订单时通知客户。

注意： 某些服务器有限制，阻止 wp_email（） 发送大于 5MB 的附件。如果您遇到此类问题，您可以简单地安装任何 SMTP 电子邮件插件。这种插件将允许您使用任何外部电子邮件服务（如 Gmail、Outlook、任何 SMTP 服务器）来发送电子邮件。

已知不兼容

TinyMCE Advanced 插件与 WCAM 插件不兼容。它阻止了 WCAM 在订单页面上添加的高级文本区域正常工作。
