工作原理：审批工作流程

安装并激活后，该插件允许您根据这两个工作流程之一拒绝或批准客户下的所有订单（您必须通过“设置”菜单进行选择）：

1. 付款并等待批准： 客户通常会像任何 WooCommerce 订单一样下订单。店铺管理员可以批准或拒绝整个订单或订单中包含的单个产品。订单批准/拒绝后，客户将收到一封通知电子邮件。
2. 等待批准并付款： 客户将下订单而不收取任何费用。订单被标记为已批准后，客户必须通过订单详细信息页面手动付款。

审批时间表

客户（注册和访客）可以通过订单详细信息页面上显示的可视化时间线跟踪订单批准状态！每个步骤文本都可以通过文本菜单进行自定义。

产品拒收

订单中包含的每件商品都可以被店铺管理员拒绝。拒绝后，订单总额将更新。因此，在“等待并付款”选项的情况下，用户只需为可用的产品付费。在“付款并等待”选项的情况下，插件将报告应退款的金额，以便管理员可以根据商店管理员的需求（例如使用优惠券）通过 WooCommerce 发出退款。

实时更新时间线

订单状态时间线已上线并更新！这意味着用户无需手动更新页面即可了解当前订单审批状态！

时间选择器选项

该插件提供了在结帐表单中显示时间选择器的选项！这对于送餐服务非常有用！

电子邮件通知

每次订单达到“已批准”或“已拒绝”状态时，插件都会向客户发送一封通知电子邮件。可以通过文本菜单自定义通知消息文本。

注意： 该插件不支持第三方自定义电子邮件插件。可以手动修改模板并将其复制到主题文件夹 （{theme_folder}/woocommerce/emails/） 中。模板位于插件内的 templates\emails 文件夹中。

新订单状态

为了轻松跟踪订单审批状态，将添加三种新状态： 等待批准, 拒绝, 批准 状态。

客户取消订单

通过“选项”菜单，您可以启用该选项，以允许客户在订单获得批准后取消订单。取消可以在 X 分钟内执行，其中 X 可以通过该选项进行配置。

订单未付款自动取消

如果订单一旦获得批准并且需要付款，用户未在 X 分钟内执行付款，则系统可以选择取消订单，其中可以在选项菜单中配置 X。

注意： 当用户访问订单详情页面时，将执行订单取消。

拒绝时自动退款

被拒绝的订单可以自动退款。只需启用您在设置菜单中找到的特殊选项即可。

注意： 仅当用于支付订单的支付网关支持自动退款时，此功能才有效。

可以选择将订单设置为根据 支付网关这 运输方式m，特定 产品/类别 , 用户角色 或订单小计 （不含税的产品成本总和）！

注意： 该插件仅支持使用本机 WooCommerce 功能定义的运输方式。无支持 对于第三方插件。

如果按产品和类别自动批准，店铺管理员可以选择两种不同的策略：

1. 仅对选定的产品/类别进行手动批准： 如果订单包含没有选择 产品或类别，它将是自动批准
2. 自动批准所选产品/类别： 如果订单至少包含一种选定的产品或类别，则订单将自动批准，否则，将需要店长手动批准

模板

订单状态说明

该插件添加其订单状态： 等待批准, 拒绝, 批准 状态。但是，插件将认为以下 WooCommerce 状态为：

1. 失败、已取消、已退款状态为 拒绝 地位
