想法

碰巧店长在购买后需要与客户共享一些文件。这些文件必须由客户批准或拒绝。最终，客户必须有可能留言解释其行为的原因。这个过程必须持续到文件得到客户的批准！

WooCommerce 文件批准旨在满足这一需求！店长现在可以创建订单所需的所有附件！每个附件都有其文件和消息线程，允许与客户进行通信。
每个附件都有一些进一步的选项，例如“回复策略”（用户可以发布消息的频率）和“文件标题”。

工作原理：审批工作流程

该过程很简单：

1. 管理员通过订单详细信息页面附加一个或多个文件。对于他们中的每一个，都可以留下一条消息。保存后，将向用户发送一封通知电子邮件
2. 用户可以通过订单详细信息页面批准或拒绝附件。或者可以留言。完成后，将向管理员发送通知
3. 管理员最终可以重新附加新文件，或者只需发布消息以获取更多信息（因此该过程将再次循环执行步骤 1）

客户对回复的附件

您可以选择启用该选项以允许将客户文件附加到回复中。这样，如果客户需要向您发送有关当前文件审批流程的更多信息，他最终可以与您分享一些文件！

电子邮件通知

每次管理员编辑附件（因此用户需要重新批准/拒绝它）或发布消息时，客户都会收到一封电子邮件通知。当客户批准/拒绝附件或发布消息时，也会发生同样的事情。电子邮件文本可以通过特殊的电子邮件文本菜单进行配置（并最终通过WPML进行翻译）。

提醒电子邮件

如果 24 小时后的订单仍有一些文件需要客户批准/拒绝，插件可以发送提醒通知。您可以设置提醒间隔（每天、每天两次、每周等）并自定义电子邮件文本。

自动审批

如果客户在 X 小时内未采取行动，插件可以自动批准这些文件。将向管理员和客户发送通知，通知他们有关该作的信息！

新内容亮点

每次管理员编辑附件或添加新消息时，这些内容都会在前面突出显示，以便为客户提供更好的反馈。当客户留言时，也会发生同样的事情：
